Hello again, from Dunedin! This afternoon, we had a monarch tour to enjoy nature of New Zealand. This is a tour by a small sightseeing ship. We were able to see seals, albatrosses, and penguins. Unluckily or not, it was too windy with a little rain. It was very cold like a mid-day in winter in Japan, but young boys and girls didn’t mind such a small thing. They looked excited in the ship. Some got totally wet with coming waves. Others got almost blown off with a strong wind, with grasping a bag for vomiting. They, however, looked completely satisfied because boys were made more excited with the attendance of cute girls.
Everything is fine. Boys are more and more aggressive in learning everything. We’ve found every boy is really enjoying their life here and at the same time the life with their new family. I’m very envious of them and their families who gave them this very important opportunity.
During the class, everyone is trying their best in using English. Of course sometimes they look confused at rapid way of speaking by the instructor, but they will overcome it very soon. Tomorrow is Friday, and each family has a great plan of driving tour to many different places. For two days we teachers have to spend boring time, don’t we?
